Solesco Zrt. is prepared to assess and implement renewable energy (solar) investments at the customer's premises at its own risk. Based on a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) or a lease scheme, we build solar systems at the customer's site, financed by our funds, and the customer takes over the produced electricity at the site of production at a predetermined price. Solesco Zrt. takes care of the entire project management, from planning and financing to investment and operation. The electricity price/rent is fixed during the term (10-20 years) and is only increased by the current inflation rate. According to agreement - after the agreed term -, the ownership (or partial ownership) of the system transfers to the consumer.

No or minimal investment is required from the customer to deploy the system. During the contract period, the consumer provides the land/roof space required for the installation of the solar system to the service provider for free of charge. Solesco Zrt. will authorise and install the agreed production capacity, at its own expense. The system will remain the property of the operator until the end of the term, after which - depending on the scheme - it will be owned by the customer and operated by our company under a separate contract. The customer's takeover is also considered green energy under this scheme.

To receive the electricity produced, the consumer enters into a long-term power purchase agreement at an agreed price (with annual inflation indexation). The contract price is lower than current electricity costs.

The consumer enters into an agreed long-term lease contract (indexed annually for inflation) for the lease of the generating unit - might be adjusted to the base electricity generation -, and receives the electricity produced free of charge. The lease contract price is lower than the cost of the current equivalent amount of electricity.
